Probably my favorite “main three” parks in Duluth (the others being Congdon and Lincoln). the tails really make you feel secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are 3 main waterfalls and some areas with very large cliffs on each side of Chester creek. When it’s hot, swim in the water. It’s wonderful.
