Very quick and easy to use. Layout of website was clear and concise, making it easy to understand what was available and the different levels or cover they have.

So far so good! The price was very competitive for my home insurance and the application process was easy, very user friendly. My current insurer has tripled my premium so to find an insurer that is still able to offer a competitive price whilst maintaining a gold standard policy knowing I will be covered adequately is great. I've used policy expert for my last house and when moving. I've never had any issues but I've never claimed. Tip, after your comparison site search, try increasing the excess. An extra £100 lowered my policy by £70. As I haven't really claimed this seemed like a no trainer.

I tried to buy cover over the phone, I might not have engaged an operator who was the strongest company representative. It was awful and I considered simply renewing with my existing provider .... but value for money over-riding the limitations of an individual led me to persevere and I actually bought a policy.
Cover and price appeared good, hopefully the company performs better than my phone contact experience.
