Dr Kumar is exceptional, she is informative, attentive and efficient. She is also super lovely. I did not have any issues at all and was given thorough guidance. I came 5 mins earlier than my appointment and received great care.
Today in London was huge traffic. Left home early making sure I will be on time for my GP appointment. Came running but, unfortunately, I was 6 mins late. Receptionist said if I came 1 minute earlier I would be accepted. Now because I am 6 mins not 5 mins late I cannot be seen by a doctor. Every normal practice has policy that patient cannot be seen if they are 10mins late but not this place. Receptionist was pushing me to reshedule by paying more money for another time while I was standing there sweating after driving nearly 1 hour and running for almost 10mins. Can you imagine? Appaling and digusting place. I would not recommend for anyone: avoid this place at all costs. You will not be treated with respect but like money bag by staff who are worse than robots.
Literally I drove there for nearly 1h and with disappointment had to turn around and came back home because doctor could not wait for me for 1 minute.

I saw Dr. Mukimbiri and she was so lovely and I felt very calm with her. The practice is just on the river and super clean and quiet. Booked an appointment half an hour before I showed up, needed an urgent appointment and my gp had no slots left. Perfect for an emergency one off. They also had the medication I needed there and in stock so I could start taking my meds immediately! Will definitely be back if I find myself in a similar position again xx
Dr Kumar is excellent. She took the time to understand my issue, was very friendly and helpful during the consultation and she was very clear on next to steps to get me back to health. I also like how simple and easy it is to use Doc tap services. I will definitely use Doc Tap in the future and also recommend there services
Horrible experience, very dissapointed
This doctor wasted 5 hours of our time by not being comfortable to prescribe to us any medication for what should have been the standard protocol and instead asked us to go to A&E who ended up just giving us the medication that should have been prescribed by the doctor upfront
He as a doctor didn’t even know the protocol is to have two rounds of antibiotics and after that to recommend a patient for a x-ray. The A&E doctor was shocked that the GP referred us to go there rather that following standard procedure and just prescribing us the medication as we had requested.
