Had to unfortunately wait 20 minutes for a glass of wine. The wine was good though. Sorry, but the staff seem to be sometimes engaged in too long conversations with other guests and the waiting guests are completely ignored.
Great bar, high-quality drinks, expensive though.
I stopped by because I loved the entrance and seems I did well. This bar is very nice, the staff is so kind and funny too, the atmosphere is really lovely.

Beautiful place, friendly service but a bit inflexible. Cocktails are not up to the standard, mostly too sweet and nobody wanted to hear our feedback let alone adjust anything.
Amazing cocktails that are uniquely complex (you read the ingredients and think… can that work together???), and absolutely delicious. As with all premium cocktails, you’ll pay a pretty sum for each one, but the top alcohol they use means you only need 1-3 cocktails (depending on your size of course) to enjoy the evening.
The bar itself has a nice interior, a little on the “safe” side in terms of design for my tastes, but its elegant. It was relatively empty when we arrived around 8 pm on a Friday and most of the cosy booths were reserved but we sat at the bar which is a great perch to watch the bar staff from (who by the way are very friendly). After one hour the place was full with a very interesting mix of people. The vibe was nice. Will definitely go again the next time I am in HH to try more cocktails!

Well, this was a happening place when I visited Saturday night. Too bad I was alone and a bit underdressed. The bar was packed but they managed to squeeze me into an end spot with little view of the “beautiful people.” Still, the staff were friendly and the Negroni was well made. I would dress more appropriately and go back again.
Came here for a few drinks and stayed for the warm service from Sam, Manu and Raphael. We'll balanced cocktails and 5 star food. Meeting the staff was a highlight to a 2 day trip to Hamburg. Hope to return just for the warm service
