Nice tour guide with lots of info. We had small children and wanted a kid friendly tour and this was well worth the price.

This tour was VERY informative when it comes to the history of the sites we visited. Been in Texas my whole life and never knew some of the hidden history. A lot of information packed into an hour and a half. This guy provides you with info for you to come back on your own and do your own thing. I took notes! Not sure why there are such bad reviews. I’m not a ghost junkie. Not even sure if I really believe in them... but my friend who went on the tour with me got some pretty convincing pictures at one site we “investigated”. He also brings along some tools for you to use if you want and is full of cheesy jokes. 😂

Big rip off!!! this man should go for a comedian instead of doing ghosts tours all he did for the whole 1hr was say dumb jokes about every thing instead of giving us a ghost tour DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HE IS A Joke!!!! My son was really say cuz he didn't learn nothing or see nothing all this man did was point a green laser in peoples hotel room being little PERVERT-SCAMER!!!!!

I have been on many ghost tours in many cities and this was by far the worse tour I have ever been on. The tour guide talked very, very fast and carried a carpenter's "stud finder" to check for paranormal activity. His lecture/discussion was very weak for San Antonio ghost activity. Our group had a few elementary children and the yet the tour guide flashed a laser pointer at a hotel room that had lights on and started talking about a loose woman. Then he started talking about Jeffrey Dahlmer. I was expecting a tour to consist of fictional and non-fictional tales about San Antonio. This is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Our tour guide was funny and very informative. No one was left out. I’d definitely do this tour again.

great authentic experience, the experience is very enjoyable and the guide is even better. compared to the other tours this experience is a genuine ghost tour.
