My daughter's prescription was promptly prepared whilst I waited and the staff were polite, the only thing to note is that they do close for lunch between 1-2pm, I wasn't aware and therefore had a long wait as I arrived at 1.05pm.
Everytime I call the pharmacy it rings and says user busy I have to try like 20-30 times
So my worse nightmare happened and my daughter burnt her finger, I did all I knew what to do but she was still very distressed, the pharmacy was shutting in 5mins so I called them, they said come down. They Stayed behind after they closed to see my daughter then provided aloe Vera gel and advice! Amazing service above and beyond as always thank you
Professional discreet service available if needed. Clean and welcoming, staff always accommodating.
Poor service young girl who works at the pharmacy is rude this is my second vist first time I thought she was having a bad day but her attitude is same today. She treat people like we getting free medicines . She need to have a good training in how to treat people
Friendly staff, *reasonable prices* and always have my prescription before it's due to be ready. Miss the cute premises they had for many years in the centre of Wootton though!
