Very great service, advice with out much expectations got much more better treatment from so many years and from all staff and always someone is special Dr RAMA

If you are told by the regonal health board to get a second opinion from this place believe me that your outcome will be not in your favour. I'm suffering from kidney failure, blindness, water retention, diabetic, heart issues, can't drive, bearly walk at the consultation it seemed that everything was good and they understood my situation and they signed off on my condition. Then after a phone call from the R.H.B they sent another report stating I'm able to work and totally changed the original report to suit what the R.H.B wanted. It seems as if they are just hired guns for the R.H.B.

I recently visited the clinic and had mixed experience. While I was impressed with the competence of the doctor, I felt compelled to share my concerns about the receptionist.
My encounters with the receptionist were disappointing, as I found her to be consistently rude both over the phone & in person. Unfortunately, I also perceived a hint of racism in her behavior. This was not only disheartening but also unprofessional.
I believe it is crucial for the center manager to address these issues promptly, either through retraining the receptionist or considering a change in personnel. A medical clinic should strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all patients.

I agree that their Receptionist is rude.
It’s not just in person but even in the phone. She does not know how to be patient- centred and deal with the request. She will answer back without listening to your explanation.

This is a great medical center nothing but good thing to say about Dr Rama or Dr gross and the receptionist but Dr (Mrs) Kalash Deva I'm sorry to not happy with her dosent listen to her patients very unsatisfied

Super awesome doctors but the receptionists have no empathy and are very very rude. My experience today at 4.40 today was disappointing to say the least.
