Large selection of teas, lovely tea mugs and tasty scones with whipped cream for 5,40. Pity that they do not offer a dine-in possibility.
Big disappointment, definitely not recommendet. We booked our table online but the reservation got not recognized. However we was refused to come in at 17:00, at the time of our online reservation, saying they are closing at 17:30. Tearoom and no tea at five?? Keep looking for tearooms in England and when you are in Munich, do prefer beergardens instead...
Good selection with variety to choose. Friendly and smiling salesperson who created pleasant experience. And of course good tea for a tea-lover.
The website for this shop says closing time is 7pm, which isn't correct. Is a 1 star review too harsh? Not if my experience of this shop is a wasted 1 hour round trip from bad info. Please update the website opening hours.
Lovely teas and cakes, selection big enough that it took my girlfriend 15 minutes to pick one. Tiny though with barstool seating only.
Went there earlier today to buy clotted cream. After insisting that I did not want the one that expires tomorrow as I have guests on Friday, the sales lady sneakily wrapped up the ones which expire tomorrow & put them in a bag whilst I was looking at their teas. I only realised this when I got back to the office & didn't have the time to return to the store. Not impressed at all. She was already bored looking & flicking through her phone when I got there so I'm not surprised that her customer service skills were non-existent.
Super small, super cozy, super good. Large tea selection, great cake, real scones & clotted cream. When it comes to tea it does not get any better in Munich. A recommendation without reservation.
