I have worked in the Real Estate industry for many years, including a few as a realtor. Eric and Susan are simply the best of the best. It started with thorough rundowns of the open houses. We knew vaguely that we wanted a row home in DC or Virginia, but by the time we stepped foot in our first tour, Greg provided us with all the details – because he had already visited the places in anticipation of our weekend. When we were out of town but couldn’t make it to an open house, Greg video-chatted us while he toured it himself. And when we put in an offer with a complicated and often passed-over VA loan, he helped us make it as competitive as possible. In fact, he was in constant communication with the seller’s agent, put our lender in touch with her, and ensured that our offer came out the strongest. And even when our offer was accepted and there were a few items to take care of from the inspection, Greg’s calming demeanor and expertise put us at ease. His personal touch was evident throughout all aspects of our home-buying experience. We should also mention that Susan was extremely helpful and thorough during our closing process.
