Nothing special. We had „Granitas“, but here the were just watery slushies with artificial aroma. However, since it was very hot outdoors (like 38 degrees), it did hit the spot. Because of that, three stars.
So good we came back twice!
Really good waffles, plenty of Nutella, and proper scoops of ice-cream.
Really good service both times we went there, despite it being a different person.
It is a little pricey, however it tasted so good that I quickly forgot about it!

Gelato was tasteless and watery, but that's not the worst part.
They charged us for four medium ice creams when there were only three of us and we had all asked for smalls. They refunded the extra ice cream but refused to give us any money back for the size difference saying there were two different types of small (there is only one on the menu) and we should have told them we wanted the 3.50 one...which was impossible since that was literally the only one on the menu, ther was no other small to choose from.
All around a bad experience and the gelato wasn't even good.
Watch out since they clearly enjoy taking advantage of tourists who they think aren't paying attention to their bill.

Such a lovely little ice cream store! The different types of ice cream taste absolutely delicious and there were many kinds, that I have never seen before (but the ones I had were amazing). Lovely owner, speaks fluent English, and also accepts credit card.

The gelato here looks great, but tastes mediocre compared to many other similar places in Florence and is exorbitantly priced - €6 for two scoops (!) when the advertised price is €3.50. Needless to say that there are other, better places to spend your money and get a better gelato.
