I am a coffee lover I've been to different Seattle but I have never experienced the worst service as I get from Newspaper house Seattle

Your service is worst ever seen

No wifi. Every time WiFi is an issue. It doesn't happen anywhere else. They don't even bother to acknowledge the emails. Coffee good but useless if you want to do some internet at the same time......

Delicious coffee which goes without saying.. but the standout was the incredibly friendly and warm service from all the staff! Absolute pleasure to visit for business meetings and social pop-in's.

The coffee is good. No question. But the service, and attitude of the three ladies working there is unbelievably bad. Me and my friend went to buy coffee and these women didn't look us in the face, and when they did there were no smiles, not even once.

No warmth, no kindness, just three cold women serving you hot coffee. Maybe they should try and smile and welcome their guests instead of making them not feel welcome at all.

Not to mention any questions we asked were answered by mumbled replies that you could barely make out.

Definitely not visiting this branch of Seattle Coffe Company until the attitudes of these employees have been adjusted to the proper standard of the company.

Seattle coffee in the Newspaper house is best one stop shop for anything delictable. Breakfast, lunch or a late afternoon snack.. from fruit and veg, cheeses and biltong. Filled rolls and roast chicken is to be found in the food lovers market in the same building.
