DO NOT PARK HERE! I paid via the park pass app, they took the money from my bank account, and NCP have still issued me a £100 parking penalty for 'not paying'.
Don't park here! There's so many cheaper, better car parks. I came back to a £29.95 stay for just over 6 hours in the evening.
Edit: Turns out I was charged the same amount on the app too, so £60 total, raised with NCP but no response yet, be careful with such a confusing system!

App not working. Payment machines not accepting payment. Will leave this here for when company send me a fine
You have to pay with an app. No phone signal in car park. Also you have to trust NCP to keep your credit card details. This is devolution. Let's all give our personal details to everyone, even random car parks . You can opt to que for 30mins at one pay station. However you can not park near the pay station. As this area is for personal parking spaces . If the rating was for the most difficult place to figure out the random rules and surreal design and planning it would get 5. It gets 1 oh there are plentiful cheaper places to park.

My car was broken into last night. Security won’t do anything to help and there aren’t enough cameras despite the cost of parking. It’s over priced and dangerous. I wouldn’t park here again.
Good location in city centre, pay later option is a good idea, not the cheapest but it is a city centre car park so what do you expect
Absolute joke …. They want you not to be able to pay do they can charge exorbitant fees . Book online before you go . It shouldn’t be allowed … another camper of ripping off the public
