It's all about the service. Tho it was busy, the servers were very kind when they realized I was alone with my kids
The food here is the best among the WOK restaurants in downtown Bogotá. The chicken and baguette bread used for the Vietnamese bánh mì is especially good.
All dishes we ordered were delicious. My favorite was Pommelo salads and squid salad.

The food was amazing as always. They never seem to have beer from Japan but other than that the sushi was very good. HOWEVER, the service was horrible and not only this time, it’s always horrible at this location. We have to wave our hands and tonight I nearly had to get up to asomeone to serve us. The thing is it is always like this. They seem to have many employees and only 30% of the tables were occupied. I just don’t understand why someone can’t come to our table once we are seated. Even to just say “we are busy but I will be with you shortly.” Just an acknowledgement that you know we are there. But it’s always like this. We have to beg to be served. We have to beg to pay for the meal. It’s ridiculous. It’s the only restaurant I’ve ever visited that has this type of service. I wanted another beer but she never returned. I will try WOK again in the future but it won’t be at this location. If the next location has the same service then I will be done eating at this restaurant. I hated it at the end when she had the audacity to ask if we wanted to add the tip to the bill. No I don’t want to add a tip. You didn’t do anything for us and you wasted our time. At the very least get me a drink while I wait for your slow incompetente service. Yes I gave her the tip but only because of how rude it sounds to say no. But she didn’t deserve the tip. Poor service good food. 🤣

The food here is hood, and so is the service. Prices are very good as well. A great place to eat.
Excellent Wok menu and good service. It gave us a chance to sample more of the menu than we trued at 93. The shrimp spring rolls were smaller than the vegetable ones but made up for it in taste and we loved rhe really exotic dipping sauce. She had a noodles dish with rice and I had stir fried beef with veggies. We both traded tastes and loved eachbothers dish as well. Mine was smaller and I devoured it all but hers was huge making a fabulous leftover lunch in 2 days. Always living ant WOk location for setting, service and food and variety. Mire ro come
Their food is pretty good but you shouldn't expect that much service here because it is located in a busy shopping mall and there are always many people waiting in line.
