I am a big fan of this place! I have been visiting them since 2023 , and my therapist Shahnaz is the most wonderful person I have met! She is kind , and professional. I must say I have grown soo much over this time period! Thank you for being there for me … highly recommend ♥️
The Milton Psychotherapy Centre has been great for my two kids. Understanding where the nerves come from, what triggers them and how to respond has been something my kids work on everyday. It has taught me lots of coping skills too!
