Always have had the best/ authentic experience when it comes to Italian foods. Even the pizzas are surprisingly good. Easy to argue that prices are bit too unjust but for the service and the quality it’s the most reasonable I would say.
The pasta dishes at Pasta Mania are consistently top-notch. Each pasta is cooked to a perfect al dente texture and paired with sauces that are both flavorful and well-balanced. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad did not meet the same high standards as the pasta dishes. The dressing was bland and lacked the characteristic tangy flavor, while the croutons were overly dry and the lettuce could have been fresher.
Recently, we visited Pastamania for lunch and the food was exceptional. We had two pastas, one chicken salad, some dessert, hot chocolate, and tea. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. There is a balcony that faces the sea, but it’s really windy. I think the view might be nicer in the evening or at night. Overall, we had a great time there, and if you're craving pasta, it's a must-visit.
We went to the PastaMania which is located inside the one galle face mall for lunch. Nice interior and calm. Perfect for lunch dates. You can sit indoors as well as outdoors with a view of the sea. Friendly staff and we got our order very quickly. It wasn't crowded today much. Mainly its HALAL. no pork included in any dish.
There's was a wide range of appetizers, pasta, pizza, desserts and drinks in the menu. Very affordable. We chose Meatlovers pizza, Carbonara, creamy chicken pasta, corned chicken slice cheesy crumble penne pasta as the dishes. For drinks we got strawberry and peach ice tea as well as mango and passion fruit crushers. Altogether with service charge it was around 16,000. Nice presentation and the potion size was good. It tastes amazing.
Prices are affordable and around 3000 you can get a good portion of pasta and a drink. Really loved it. Definitely give it a try if you go to one gall face mall. Worth the price. Highly recommended.

In addition to the pasta, we tried the Beef Cheesy Wedges, Chicken Wings, Calamari Dish, and Beef Bolognese Pizza. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful, making it hard to pick a favorite. The Beef Cheesy Wedges were a hit, combining rich, cheesy goodness with tender beef. The Chicken Wings were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned, while the Calamari was tender and served with a zesty dipping sauce that enhanced its taste. The Beef Bolognese Pizza was another highlight, featuring a hearty, savory topping that was both satisfying and delicious.
For beverages, we enjoyed Hot Chocolate, Passion Fruit, and Coke with Vanilla Ice Cream. The Hot Chocolate was rich and comforting, the Passion Fruit drink was refreshing with a nice tang, and the Coke with Vanilla Ice Cream was a nostalgic treat that added a fun twist to our meal.
