my father went in ICU, he had severe colon problems and they gave him food that isn’t suitable for his case twice. and the doctor just apologized. they didn’t fix this until we got angry with them and asked for a leave. since they also didn’t proceed with the treatment they planned for him.

I was in your hospital end of 2019 as heart patient. All the medical team and staff are very supportive and very helpful and gentle. Now I am in karachi pakistan.

I was asleep in intensive care and the nurse (Sinaira) took care of me. Praise be to God, she is an artist and has a light hand. She deserves all the thanks.

The hospital is very clean and beautiful but my experience was horrible.

I went to Dr Safaa Abu El Azm to check my moles. She was late to the clinic and kept all her patients waiting. It took about an hour for my turn to come. When I showed her my moles, she didn't take me seriously. She didn't properly inspect the moles using a special lens. One mole she said she can remove and do a biopsy. I agreed. She did not explain the procedure nor the costs.

I went to reception to pay for the procedure before doing it and they charged me for the mole removal which was around 600 riyals. I went back to the nurse and waited almost an hour then the nurse told me I didn't pay for biopsy. I asked her how much and she said I don't know so I went back to reception and it was around 900 riyals!! There is no listing of the prices anywhere. I paid and went back to the nurse and waited more until the doctor finally came and did the removal in less than 2 minutes. She kept me waiting almost two hours for a 2 minute procedure! She did not even apologize for the wait. She could've done the procedure within my appointment slot. She did not respect me nor my time. She did not bother to explain the procedure nor the aftercare, and she seemed annoyed and didn't want to answer my questions.

After that, I had to take the mole to the lab MYSELF. They wouldn't accept it because they said it wasn't on the system. So I had to go back and forth between the doctor and the reception and the lab reception until they finally figured out that the reception on second floor named Rawan messed up the code.

Very horrible experience. I just got my lab results today and will not even go back to this doctor for follow-up as I do not want to deal with her or this hospital again.

The one star is for the nurses. They were actually helpful and cared.
