1. My visit to the clinic was fantastic. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and the modern equipment was impressive. The nurses were well-suited to their roles, and I would highly recommend this clinic.

The hospital was a labyrinth of hallways and waiting rooms, each one more dreary and impersonal than the last. The staff seemed harried and overworked, with no time for simple kindness or human connection.
But the true test of the hospital's mettle came in the form of their communication, or lack thereof. Phone calls went unanswered for hours on end, and when they were finally picked up, the person on the other end of the line seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Voicemails were never returned, and emails went unacknowledged.
It was as if the hospital had erected a barrier between themselves and the patients they were supposed to be caring for. The lack of communication was both frustrating and deeply concerning. How were we supposed to trust this institution with our health and well-being when they couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call?
The hospital's lack of communication was a damning indictment of their priorities. Rather than focusing on the needs of the patients, they seemed more interested in maintaining a facade of efficiency and control. But this facade crumbled in the face of reality, revealing a cold and uncaring institution that was more interested in bureaucracy than human life.
In the end, we were left feeling more alone and abandoned than ever before. And that is the ultimate failure of a hospital: to leave its patients feeling isolated and unsupported in their time of need.

It is the worst Emergency ever. has default pre waiting time for the Emergency more than 4 hours ???? as have been told by the reception and assured by the duty manger.

Alhamdulillah. I came last week, a filipini Mumarida in the Outpatient Clinic for the Blood withdrawal, her hands really light feel nothing and finished in minute, she smile and talk professionally. Hope that all nurses like her, I gave this 5 stars for her, i guess name Diviana or Divina, give good instructions. I thank the Hospital also for such a good work and choice of nurse

Very good staff working there, they treat well everyone

Perfect organized vaccination, very friendly and helpful staff and volunteers. Thanks to the hospital and Saudi Arabia for excellent COVID management. A lot better than the political management in Germany.

Are they giving pfizer? also for patients who were covid positive back in say nov 2020, what is the policy. I cannot see this hospital in the list, it was there before.
