Was visiting the area and found a very nice dress here! The staff are amazing and help you out with whatever you are looking for.

I have consigned here a lot and some of my favorite pieces in my closet come from this store. I adore the people here and shopping around Madison Valley.

I love this store because I can find my favorite designers and labels but also try new stuff I didn’t realize I would love so much.

I will not consign here again; I found the owner and staff to be extremely rude. I brought in several high value items by Frye, Anthropologie and Lululemon (some even with tags on still) that did not sell after a little over 2 months. When I requested to pick up my items I was told I'm breaking my contract because the items needed to remain in store for 3 months and in the future I will need to honor that. In the meantime, I've taken nearly 20 items to Eres Consignment in Madrona that sold within 6 weeks resulting in roughly $200 in payouts. I find it audacious the owner recently sent out an email saying the construction on Madison is hurting her business and to please come in and support her; if you want support for your business I’d recommend showing more respect for folks that want to consign with you given we are the life blood of your business. If you’re a consumer looking to consign I’d highly recommend one of the many other consignment shops in the area that will value your partnership and where you’ll have a better chance of your items selling.

I like this shop especially because of the atmosphere. The inner environment is bright, friendly, and cheerful. This is very different from many others, where the light is dim and you cannot even see the condition clearly. Staff is very nice and attentive, not pushy at all. Good for shy people like me!!

Very nice selection of quality clothes at reasonable prices. The woman who helped me was attentive and helpful. I appreciated the calm atmosphere compared to chain consignment shops. And a lot of the items were discounted 30-50% off!

Such cute clothing, great brands, and really friendly staff! As a grad student, this is the perfect place to find quality professional clothing without paying ridiculous prices!
