The review is responding to a woman cashier. I bought a lot of stuff, but she didn’t offer any help at all. I said I had coupon but I don’t know how to use it and she didn’t say anything. At last the system did not go through my coupon at all. She did ask me if I need any bag (as process required I guess). I said no because I brought my own backpack and a large grocery bag. And I loaded all the stuff by myself. Finally I found out I still need a bag so I took one Safeway bag. At the moment I stepped out the Safeway, she called me and said next time I need to pay 5 cents for that bag. She is not helpful at all and gives you a strong vibe of obliviousness 😅

I like this shop especially because of the atmosphere. The inner environment is bright, friendly, and cheerful. This is very different from many others, where the light is dim and you cannot even see the condition clearly. Staff is very nice and attentive, not pushy at all. Good for shy people like me!!
