Cafeaua foarte bună,mâncarea foarte bună dar personalul cu reale probleme de comportament și lipsă de respect față de clienți.

Desi programul este pana la 19:00, la 18:35 mi a fost refuzata o comanda cu motivul ca a spalat espresorul de cafea si se pregatesc de inchidere

Ei pot sa ia garanția pe produs , doar că nu iau ai produsele înapoi!

Doamna este nerespectuoasă și cafeaua cu lapte făcută în scârbă avea doar lapte, niciun gust de cafea

“E soft nou, nu stiu sa pun CIF pe bon”. Sa va reamintesc ca e obligatie fiscala sa eliberezi asa bon la cerere? Data viitoare reclam la ANAF.

The brunette lady who works there is so rude and impolite, we ordered 2 drinks no hello or hi she was only doing faces, we said she might have had a bad day, then when we were about to leave we ordered a drink and asked for a paper cup with ice because it’s hot outside, and her stupid answer was I have ice but no cups for ice.
I went to the car to get a cup to get the ice, if she doesn’t want to work might as well stay home, and not have this trashy attitude !!!

Ciocolata calda si ceaiul au fost ok, dar cam scumpe pentru un produs normal. As intelege daca serviciul ar fi peste medie, dar depinde de persoana care prepara bautura. Deci, dupa noroc. La fursecurile/cookies cu ovaz se simte cam tare gustul de bicarbonat sau praf de copt (ce o fi el...)
