Vinnies North Parramatta

The store is beautifully laid out, parking is easy. The staff are super friendly and everything on offer is great. Good selection of clothes, glassware and jewellery :)

Haven't been there for awhile. It looked different in a bad way, too neat and tidy, clothes in colours...they should be in size. When i was there i seen the same things in stock as last time, is it any wonder as the items are so overpriced 👎

Due to moving o/s soon I've recently had to say hooroo to a range of household goods and personal belongings, that still have a useful life left, just not with me. In the sorting & packing up process there have been numerous visits to this shop and I was sure they were going to ban me! Even with items I wasn't sure they'd accept, the staff & volunteers were always helpful - unlike their neighbour's around the corner, who made me feel like I was dumping.

Fantastic! After interacting with quite rude and dismissive staff whilst donating at another charity I decided to try Vinnies in North Parramatta back in April. I have gone back 5 or 6 times since. I have only interacted with Ashika (manager)and Neil- a lovely gentleman at the donations area, but they have always been helpful, friendly and very kind. Ashika always has a smile on her face and is happy to help and Neil is very cheerful and doesn't mind a friendly chat! Great customer service and a great cause. Thank you and will continue to donate here :)

A large store by any standards and a few staff manage to keep it neat and organised. They are always willing to help and the range of goods is excellent. This is charity on the front line. It's not Myers; it's not even for profit. All proceeds fund people in need. Vinnies and their staff need community support for the good work they do. Drop in, have a look around, give the staff a thumbs up. They are doing a great job.

As a charity shop I can’t justify charging $180 for a pair of old track shoes!!! Prices at this store are so expensive that I believe people is not buying like me, the help people in need you have to be able to sell the items 👎🏻

The lovely lady in the front Aleesha guided me to the men's section. Also she told me the certain areas where everything is. Definitely well organised with the clothing, and bric a brac areas.

I am also loving the Valentine's day setup! Well done, can't wait to come back.
