My step son had this insurance company. Tried to call for weeks with no answer, no call back. Just the worst insurance company in the world

Whenever I have questions or need assistance, their representatives are always polite and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers. The whole process was seamless.

I had a fantastic experience with American Independent Insurance. Their customer service is exceptional! Their representatives were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me with my insurance needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the best coverage at an affordable price. I extremely advocate them for their outstanding customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have been trying to reach this company for over a WEEK!! A CLIENT OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENT INS. hit my car, I can't contact anyone to make a claim. I was instructed to fill out a form on internet, I DID that and still no one has contacted me yet!!

Overcharged by double for a couple of years! No help from the agency... Questioned them when they actually raised the rate in January! Now being hounded with a 58 dollar cancellation fee! Actually contacted by a collection service of all things! Do NOT use an agency connected with Good2Go! I tried Levin... Found arrogance and thievery! No accountability! Go with these crooks and u will really be taken for a ride!

I work for a dealership, and one of our post-delivery duties is to contact insurance in order to add the customer's new vehicle to their current policy. It not only takes at least 1 hour to connect with a human being, they are very rude, and have hung up on us countless times. In the state of Pennsylvania, it is necessary to establish this coverage ASAP, and if the insurer does not allow said action, legal action can be taken. I'd strongly suggest that this company change the way they conduct their business. Their reviews on the BBB are more than telling of how they treat their patrons. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible.

I'll start off by saying I'm a pretty reasonable person. It takes a LOT for me to go online and leave a 1-star review. It's been a week since their "insured" driver hit my legally parked, unoccupied vehicle. The police and my insurance company both said I was 0% at fault. I'm careful. I have a clean driving record. I'm not forking over my insurance deductible because of someone else's stupidity. I refuse!
So I called to check on the claim 3 days ago, as I had not heard from anyone, and my car is not safe to drive. I navigated through the eternal automated system and eventually got a live person - the rude operator. When I (calmly, politely) told her my issue (and I had EVERY reason to be belligerent), she - exasperated sounding, and so annoyed with my simple question - transferred me to customer service. From there, I waited on hold for 30 minutes until I finally gave up because I had to go back to work. I called again later, with the same result. Now that the weekend is over, I will likely spend my Monday off on hold all day trying to get a live person.
Stay away. Stay far, far away! I pity anyone who gets into an accident with one of their "insured." This has by far been the WORST customer service experience I've ever had.
