Caribou Coffee

I’ve never been treated the way I was treated by this server at Caribou Coffee. She is rude AF, she will literally shut you up with no hesitation. I’m not asking for a tremendous customer service, but a basic one. She doesn’t know what manners means and gets upset with you when she makes your order wrong or when you try to clarify something. The coffee is good but I will not go there ever again because I would not tolerate that type of treatment. And the only reason why I didn’t said anything back to her was because I didn’t wanna create a scene and I also knew it was not gonna make her calm TF up, but it made me pretty upset and I hope they do something about it. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels like that. For people like her, this can ruin a business.

First and only time I would come here. Was YELLED at by an employee because I grabbed a straw in the wrong spot. Extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and overall there are better ways to handle something/better ways to tell me I was grabbing something in the wrong spot. It was my first time there, so I did not know there were straws around the corner. Unfortunate cause the coffee was fine, but would not want to run into that woman again.

awesome service as always!! The staff always do a great job and are super friendly. I order ahead on the app and my order is always ready and waiting for me.

Nice location. Good and fast service. Appreciate the friendly staff. I am regular at this place because of the close proximity to workspace. But taste of the coffee depends on what time you visit. It will be watery and diluted if you visit after 10 am. Caribou near Peachtree Mall is preferrred for consistency in taste and quality. Owner i have seen your staff stacking coffee powder in filter and keep it open. We all know coffee loses its aroma if its not in airtight container and exposed for prolonged perios of time. Not sure it caught owner's attention till date. Wondering howcome???

This coffee shop is awesome! Whether you need to get some work or studying done or just looking to meet up with friends and enjoy some outdoor seating, this place has it all.

This has become my favorite coffee shop in Atlanta. I either get a black coffee or a latte when I go. You can't go wrong with anything you get though.

The barista was so friendly and promptly gave me my order. I think it took 30 seconds flat to have my coffee in hand. Great service

I love that they do trivia everyday for 10 cents off your order (even in the drive thru!).

Coming from New Zealand, which is a coffee culture paradise, it's tough to find good coffee in the USA. Caribou Coffee is a great find, and a welcome escape from conference coffee across the street. They know what a macchiato is, and did a great job. Service was kind and helpful. Would be helpful to have signage right outside the entrance. Took a little searching to find them after spotting the sign on the corner.

I am from Midwest so I was very happy to have access to Caribou in the heart of downtown Atlanta aka close to my work! Good coffee and friendly staff! I would highly recommend the Blueberry white chocolate mocha!
