I have been visiting Oatcake Annies since I was a kid in the 90's. Cracking oatcakes. New owners fine and oatcakes very similar. Shame you guys don't do pikelets :-)

Used to be best Oatcake shop in Stoke, new owners however seem to have destroyed whatever magic was once there. Thin bread, overly strong cheese, easily one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten.

Our favourite oatcake shop in Stoke area (and we’ve been to many!). Was very good when Paul ran it but on reopening 2022(ish) with the new owners from Endon the oatcakes are sublime. Reminds me of the old Hole in Wall recipe up Hanley (Glen would be proud!).

Been going here for over 20 years. Now new owners. Need to taste to see if they are as good. Now checked very very thin and a lot more expensive than other Oatcake shops.

Stopped here today as haven't been in years, to find out it had new owners.

Was hoping for good things as I found the old owner quite rude and abrupt, but the food was always exceptional.

Today however, service was extremely slow, they didn't seem keen to take orders.

Oatcakes are very thin and stretchy, had 2x double bacon, sausage, mushrooms and cheese. The mushrooms were tinned which was a massive disappointment, the oatcake weren't sealed and crisp like you'd expect been done on a hot plate, causing it to completely fall apart when I tried to pick up, ended up squashing all into a mush and eating it.

£10.25 seemed quite pricey for 2 oatcakes.

I won't be returning.
