Don’t go here, please just save yourself the time.. I paid $8.50 3 separate times to have important documents faxed here and the woman working there assured me multiple times she gave me the correct fax information. Come to find out she gave me the wrong fax number, made me waste $25 and 2 hours of my time. And not to mention she didn’t even look me in the eyes, apologize, or offer any sort of help the entire time I was there.. She literally watched me sit and wait for over a hour before I said anything and even then offered no help or even an apology… Didn’t even seem to care that she single-handedly wasted my time and my money. The young man seemed much more helpful and polite, but that woman gets a 0 star review from me, I wouldn’t hire her to clean gum off the streets after that.

Femi and team are awesome! I came to the store at.5pm on a Saturday and they were closed, Femi was sitting in his car getting ready to go.He recognized me and got out of his car, open the doors, signed on his computer, and accepted my package. Keep in mind the store closed at 4.30pm.

We have relied on PostNet and Femi Ijiti for 10 years. This store is the heart of the Arts District East! Secure mail service, always with a smile. Printing, Notary, box recycling, supplies, friendly faces…one-stop shopping!

I stop by here as much as possible as they are super friendly and I rarely have to wait. It's nice to have the personal service that seems to be missing from other postal (UPS/FedEx/USPS) stores. Not to mention they do printing and passport photos and offer mailboxes. All around a great place. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know all the details about my return initially. However when I came in Femi assisted me and gave me a seamless experience. He packaged the box for me and assured me my return will be processed and gave me a tracking number to monitor my return.

Great small business!! Went in for a passport photo, and the owner is awesome. Somehow he took care of 4 different customers all at the same time, and got us all taken care of in a matter of minutes. (He also made sure my passport photo was perfect.) You rock!!

The owner is always friendly, welcoming and seems to appreciate and value the potential business opportunity that walks in through his doors. Need an array of printing, shipping, faxing, passport pictures and other quick services, definitely checkout Post Net on Route 1.

Got very unpleasant experience shipping my item back to seller at this place. I have FedEx return label on my phone and the staff at Postnet told me to send it through email so that he can print. Then he charged me 6$+. I was surprised because the shipping is supposed to be free. He said it’s not for shipping but for printing. I said 6$ for printing one page of paper is too much. He said the printing is 0.3$ but receiving the label through email is 5.99$, which is even worse. I can’t even believe it. He didn’t tell me earlier too. I am not going to be bankrupt because of this but I felt very unhappy. Never coming to this place again.
