I think the easiest way to do this is: 1. Once you enter, stop out of the way of traffic. 2. Download the FreightSmith app from the google play store or Apple store. Check-in by entering a P.O. number and the zip code. 3. Turn in your paperwork to the lumper office. The door is down towards the middle of the building. It's not the shipping and receiving door near the driveway. The lumper door has a sign posted saying you have to check-in by calling a phone number before you enter. This is a FreightSmith robot you have to talk to. Very annoying. Just download the app and check-in that way. Then, ring the doorbell, and turn in your paperwork to the lumper. He might give you a door right away. You still have to confirm the door assignment when you get a notification on your phone or else the robot will call and nag you for not confirming your door fast enough. Once you open your doors and dock, you have to detach and park next to the other bobtails, then wait for a notification for the lumper payment.

Backed into my assigned door, dropped my trailer as instructed while warehouse employees are looking right at me from both the open dock door and outside. Been parked for close to 20 minutes now. Why am I receiving an automated call telling me I am not backed in? AI should not be replacing eyeballs.

Check in on line park and wait. They'll call or text you with a door. Open doors back in, disconnect, and park. Then wait some more. Don't expect to make your next delivery on time. There is not a lot of room to maneuver, so get out and look.

Prime driver, I arrived at 21:30 for my 0200 appointment. Go through east gate, (drive around dry van guys if there is a line) grab check in paper from security and drive around the building to the backside. Stage up in the corner or along the curb. Check in following directions on paper. Super small area for backing in door. Disconnect from TLR and chill off to the left until they send you messages for lumper. Once lumper is paid make way to get your paperwork. I rolled out at 02:30.

Worst place the lumper was $506 and they charge $806 if not my fault if your garbage app to submit pay is not working. Take other options idiot to take payments.WORST take to much time to unload 1pallets. Worst

This is a s÷÷÷hole facility along with personnel. No room to back a large trailer. You have to disconnect because theres no room for other drivers to dock if you stay connected. Employees might have grade school education. Do not do business here. In order to get checked in you have to download an app and then call a phone number somewhere overseas (Language barrier) to get checked in. Then your wondering or hoping you did everything right. I'm here 4 hours longer than I should have been because overseas people documented my phone number incorrectly and nobody came out of facility to tell me that i they have the wrong number and need to pay lumper fee. Girl at receiving window needs to be fired.

Security at entrance was very nice young lady but there after folks just have an attitude problem long lines when U cone in full of trucks U have to download an app to pay the lumper fees (freightsmith) it is seamless once your able to navigate how this place works the blo lady at receiving/shipping has an attitude beyond real she speaks to U as if your beneath her the male security told me not to press the button to be buzzed in since he was standing there however he was on the phone when I walked uo didnt want to bother him so i pressed the button i told him he can soeak to his kids in that manner but i am not that and a grown man as i walked in the building from being buzzed in outside of the rudness of it all the functionality of everything works flawlessly pay your lumper fee get a call to come get your bills when done i probably wont be returning considering im getting outta the industry but i can say if you get a load here youve been warned
