First Baptist Church of Golden

A great little church with a big heart. Felt welcomed as always.

Very friendly community. Many outreaches. Great for younger college age students, and English as a second language. Some come for the food but many stay for the service and Bible studies.

This has been our home church for the last year. It has been an extremely helpful church in helping us along our journey. At this present time we have just outgrown it.

Wonderful welcoming place!!

We visited as tourists who were just passing through town, but received the warmest, most loving welcome you can imagine. In the one morning we worshiped here we must have met a dozen people, all of whom expressed joy at having us visit.

The service was wonderful and I'm just sorry that we're only passing through as this is the church I would attend if i was anywhere near here.

This is church is very intentional and very loving. The Lord is certainly working in this church! Their mission statement is: "to be a force for good in Golden and beyond", and I see the Lord doing that through this body!

Hebrews 13: 1-3 Let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

I left this church feeling unloved. The teacher in the in the international class told me not to come back to this class that they only want students from school of mines I am a international traveler and that is the class I wanted to attend.

However the preacher however gave a powerful sermon in the 9:30 service.

I will not return to this church. I can get offended and rejected anywhere.

Church service is fine, though they're grasping after "young people." A bigger problem is that the lead pastor is friendly to your face, but will never email or call you back even if he promises to do so immediately . . .
