Absolutely cracking time. I did one of the WODland experience days in September and I can't wait do another. It really was an awesome day.
I went on my own, so didn't know anyone, but that didn't matter as most people were there alone or as a pair.

The staff were really friendly and supportive, there was a good mix of abilities amongst the athletes and the workouts were inventive, challenging and a good laugh (afterwards...). There's plenty of rest between workouts and the facilities are good. All of the movements were demonstrated and practiced, which helped with those new to this type of fitness.

The thing that really made the day, though, was the atmosphere. Going through the workouts with the other athletes, sharing the pain and the achievement, the encouragement from the staff and the other athletes, and the craic between workouts. We all had a great time.

Looking forward to doing many more of these.

The wodland experience day was absolutely brilliant, the team catered for everyone and were really supportive it didn’t matter if you had no experience of this type of day or activity they took lots of time to help show you what to do and the atmosphere they created was so encouraging and supportive you ended up achieving more than you thought you could. Would 100% recommend this to anyone no matter their fitness levels or ability and I can’t wait to see what they do next year. Thanks for creating an amazing day in a very unusual year

ps - it was so supportive it has inspired me to learn some new skills still a work in progress but I’ll be a pull up machine when I am back next year
