Had 20 tonnes of top soil delivered but it's full of garbage unfortunately. Loads of broken glass, ceramic, metal, rubber, you name it. It seemed like a great deal but it's become a nightmare trying to start a garden with this stuff. Tried running piles of garbage soil through an electric sifter but the soil has too much clay. Gonna have to dump a couple tons of garbage filled soil in a skip then lay a few tons of soil that's actually been screened on top of this stuff. Customer service was good and delivery driver was great but I wish I'd known what I was getting into. They said it would have clumps but the amount of garbage is crazy.

Awesome service as usual….Difficult HIAB delivery today as there are overhead tree branches and the delivery point was over a wall with a long drop….Driver very helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating…

If you want to pay an extortionate rate for grab hire and be left with it still on your drive then you've found the right company. When you email in you get no response and have to call to chase everything, Reported to them they have left 2 tonne of muck and even muck all over the public highway even after showing photographic and video evidence this was ignored, I told them I take no responsibility for their drivers lack of ability to not spill the muck on the highway. They told me I had to re pile all of the muck up and they will return. I didn't want to have to do this, however, I did. Figured when they returned that they would sweep the path as this is a breach in health and safety guidance. Lo and behold, didn't happen and when I questioned this again on a phone call they didn't care. It's now with the local council to deal with and as a result HSE.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Unless you want a two bit service for a premium price.

We have been buying stone from PMW for a long number of years and have built up a good relationship. They are extremely helpful and work with us on delivery times, often at short notice. They have never let us down with a delivery in all the time we have been buying stone off them. We will continue to work with PMW for all our stone requirements

Ordered screened plantings well in advance of requirement. 7am morning of delivery they informed me they did not have any. Help all arranged diggers etc on site. Left me with no option but to accept unscreened with massive lumps. Made a hard job twice as difficult with a compromised finish.
