Went online to order card was charged but then money was refunded and now I'm out 30 dollars until midnight. Went on the app to order card was charged and money was refunded again so now I'm out 70 dollars have no subway and no dinner. Additionally can't use the 6.99 footlong deal unless u order online which is impossible bc the app and the website aren't working.
The server was rather rude....very stingy with placing meat on the bread....very cheap cold cuts...no flavor to the sandwich....it was a footling cold cut.. very disappointed with the meal.
Ordered food. Tasted normal. Refused to let my daughter use the restroom.
My subway app was hacked and I had orders placed all over the west coast, when I live on the east. I was frantically calling all the subways to cancel the orders and this subway was the only one to both answer and cancel the order immediately. Although this is not my store, nor did I eat their food, I appreciated the quick response to my issue!!!
First time at this location. Worst service at a subway ever. staff doesn’t acknowledge customers when they come in. Which is Rude. I tried to ask a questions and was cut off by David I couldn’t even ask the question He was very rude. And he messed up both my Sandwiches.Do better subway.
Don't order from this subway from any delivery services. It not only happened once but twice. I ordered ahead of time to ensure that I would receive my order on time. But they delayed the order by hour. Then only after cancelling the order I find out that the was empty just some employee standing there. They need to get things straightened out before they lose more customers.
This store seemed super clean and their ingredients looked fresh.
The two ladies who helped me were so extra nice! Loved it. This location isn’t in the best area but the food was good!
