The staff is awesome great customer service then make sure your orders are correct the store was clean and the restrooms could have used a little attention to the overall everything was okay.

Fries weren't fresh and I would've gone back but I was already late for work after waiting for 20 mins, the service was awesome and it's not too far from apartments and everything else

I would have given them less than one it took me a few minutes to decide because they couldn't get all of my coupons first time only two worked next time 3 worked together when I finally was able to complete my order I asked for my food to be fresh he she said okay and tomatoes on one of my wrap he she told me didn't charge me for .20 upsold another customer while I was waiting on my food to buy a large drink I had a coupon for free tacos I given my coupon to the that customer they was going to expire in a couple of days anyways.when I received my food my food was barely warm and my fries was not hot I took a bite out each wrap and a couple of fries this is not right I've been coming to this jack in the box over 20 Year never had a problem I complained to the manager and refused to remake my fries or give me my coupons back when I given her the food back I could have went to a different jack in the box for better service this happened around 4:20 pm today 6/28/24 now I have to spend more money at another jack in the box for better service and food. All the manager did was gave me a refund what the coupon promoted didn't even include taxes what I paid for and refused to give me my coupons back or to remake my food talking about free food when I barely took a bite I wish I had of taken a picture customer service sucks

It says they open at 6 o'clock.I was there at 630 and they were still closed.Cone in the drive through and the dining room door locked. Very annoying, get it together Jack.

I think as a customer service representative that I am asking too much to be respected as a black person. It seems like if the crew is Spanish ( in any way) that they just don't like black people and they treat you with such disrespect. Now this is the jack in the box that is located by Nellis AFB. I just stop going to places that don't make me feel comfortable .

I usually walk to the drive through after I get off of working my 10 hr amazon shift and come get my dinner here about 3x a week. The woman working overnight this morning 3/10/24 just completely ignored me as if im not a paying customer spending at a minimum $50 a week at this establishment.

The other guys that work overnight are usually cool.

Ordered a small meal and w tacos. They asked me pull forward and wait. So I did. 10 minutes later they bring out my small order missing my curly fries. As the 2 cars behind are gone and have ordered after me. I go inside to ask about my fries and some lady named Maria who looks like she ate them all asked of I wanted my money back instead of waiting any longer. So I agreed and got my money back. She then gave me a DO NOT COME BACK as if she's the owner. I assured her that I would be calling corporate and that I would return at another time. She stated that she would be sure to SPIT in my food if I return. This is an insult to society and the reason why we have food legislation in place. I'm sure she's not from the USA and should Not be serving us USA citizens spit on foods. My kids eat here why would this be ok to say to a customer when it's your fault the customers is even speaking to you. This should go to the BBB and Health dept. I will definitely be pursuing this. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET SPIT IN YOUR FOOD.
