Hi I'm Joseph. I am coming to your hospital today for consultation as I have fever. I came at 7.20 pm. But you have an appointment with the doctor at 8.30 pm why are you taking so long. I already I have sick. You take how I can feel this time. Why your people speak only Hindi. I don't understand that language but your people communicate only in Hindi. Finally I leave your clinic at 9.00 pm without medicine. But I paid your medical consultation fees. This is very poor poor service. I paid but nothing gets I get only very bad experience.

service is not good we are waiting 35 mints for just one injection....and staff behaviour is not good with people...one nurse behaviour very Rudely and they have only one doctor in morning....bright life medical center dip2 is not good

excellent service , staff and doctors are very friendly and experienced. Dental facility are also excellent and keeping high standard service with affordable cost

Very bad experience with service .
I went there on Friday, only one Dr and only one person on the reception. It took him 15 minutes just to put my details in the computer.
Why ?
Because he has to answer on the phone calls , deal with delivery, people that go in and out , printer etc etc .
Not happy at all .

Poor services. Receptionist is just making lame excuses about delaying. They have only 10 patients and they made me wait for almost 2 hours and after finish from doctor they told me to go back to room and come tomorrow for medicine. Is this a joke or what i have fever and flu i need medicine and they are just saying this rubbish. Where in the world a doctor said to patients that you are ill but we can't give you medicine now come tomorrow, untill what should patient do for healing. Pathetic pathetic service by reception specially
