Colonial Parking

Do not use this garage. Even during posted business hours there will be no attendant. The booth will not accept your ticket and you will be forced to pay lost ticket price. Also no accessible areas for wheelchair user. Finally, they lock doors during business hours so all foot traffic walks up and down the car entrance.

They don't let you walk back through the lobby on weekends so you need to access the parking via the driveway as a pedestrian

We paid $10 to park via Spot Hero for the Friday evening of parking (we marked 7PM until 1AM), scanned the code and were let in. By the time we were leaving, around 10PM, the parking garage wanted $21 for 3 hours of parking! There was no attendant, either. The kicker is, that even according to Colonial’s own rates, it should’ve only been $12 for Friday evening. A total scam.

Rudest people ever. Got my ticket and tried to park only for some guy to scream at me and tell me to get out.

I’m not sure why this company is still allowed to exist and do business. They literally are scam artist. I needed 1hr parking. The woman at the front told me I had to pay for a whole day and when I come back in 1hr she could refund me the difference. I needed to park so I did it, I came back 3min after the 1hr do to me having to walk back there and she charged me for the entire day, no refund of the difference because I was 3min after the 1hr. Don’t do business with them. Not a good company.

Made a reservation through SpotHero but the garage was full when I got there. And the attendant was not nice about it. Should have known better with Colonial Parking.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Run by unscrupulous people, a total rip off. Was told $21 per day, and $63 for the Friday afternoon until Monday morning (65 hours in total), but was charged for 4 full days instead ($84). Much much cheaper places to park all over the city for $11/night. Avoid this place at all costs.
