I absolutely appreciate Dr. Mark and the staff, too many to name individually. The office environment is so positive, it makes me feel so comfortable going to them. I trust Dr. Mark and his recommendations for treatment. He does amazing work. He exceeded my expectations. Samantha is so positive and makes the procedures needed and billing so understandable. Brandy and Melena are so personable and conversational. I'm extremely happy with the work they have done. Shelby was friendly.

They definitely are a dental office that has given me an experience that is far greater than I have ever experienced. Their customer experience, service and work far exceed any previous experience I have had with other dentists. Norton Family Dentistry truly value their patients and does quality work.

Techs and office staff are very friendly and helpful. The dentists I’ve had there also thorough and gentle and kind. They all make one of the least favorite medical check-ups pleasant and less intimidating.

Update: my appointment for my dental fillings was a great experience! Dr. Michelle and her assistant were so kind and thorough. Brandy did an excellent job with the fillings and making sure they were perfect and my bite wasn’t effected. 10/10!!
First visit at Norton Family Dental was great! After being very unhappy with my previous office, I felt taken care of and cleaned up well. All of the staff was kind, my hygienist took her time to explain everything, and the dentist left a good impression with a brief first meeting. Highly recommend! Usually I would be extra nervous having to come back for a filling, but I know I will be in good hands.

I brought my 5 year old son here to have some work done. He was absolutely resistant, shy, anxious and uncooperative. They were very understanding and referred me to a place better suited for patients his age. Everybody else coming there seemed happy and well taken care of.

We recently had a visit where I had an appointment along with my three kiddos (ages 7,5,3). They were so accommodating & just amazing with the kids! My hygienist was gentle and kind, and explained what she was doing with every move. The doctors were informative & personal. I found the employees at the front desk to be exceptional as well! They made all of us feel at ease and comfortable. In a world full of places that are not kid friendly, it is a relief to find a true family - focused dentist office!

Great experience! I’m a new patient and went in for a cleaning and exam. My dental hygienist was super friendly and did a great job. Doc was very pleasant and provided time for questions. Will definitely return!

The dental hygienist Jennifer was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. Jennifer talked me through everything that she was doing, explained what she was documenting, and she made recommendations that will aligned with my medical conditions. Jennifer was gentle but thorough. I dislike dental appointments because of the work I need on my wisdom teeth, however I still go and I feel this will be my permanent dental office. The best experience I ever had with a dental office. My bill was explained up front so there were no surprises. My dentist Mark was nice as well. Overall an really nice experience.
