Can't see myself buying at any other bakery.
I have been a loyal customer of Westham Bakery, admiring its journey from humble beginnings to becoming a notable brand. The cakes have always been fresh, and the slices generously sized. At R35 per slice, it has always been a premium product, yet it justified the price with its quality and portion size. In comparison, Woolworths, a Class One store, sells larger slices for R40.
However, I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. Despite maintaining the same premium price of R35, the cake slices are noticeably smaller than before. This feels like an attempt to pull the wool over your customers' eyes. It's disheartening to see a brand I once trusted resort to such tactics.
To the management of Westham Bakery, I urge you not to tarnish your reputation by shortchanging your customers. It's unfair and feels like a deliberate move to maximize profits at the expense of customer satisfaction. Please consider the long-term impact of such decisions on your brand's integrity and customer loyalty.

The most delicious cakes ever & very friendly staff
Mini Bar One cake is amazing. Lovely jam/cream scones.
Wide variety of sweet and savoury snacks, including Pies, sweetmeats and roast chicken.
Store is extremely popular, open until 20.00 on weekdays.

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and courteous. Freshly baked goodies and reasonably-priced.
Customer service is on point, staff are extremely friends and helpful. The cakes are lovely. Pies are over baked (my opinion) but well priced. Samsoosa are decent. Store abit small with the large display shelf when you enter . Please start stocking 1 .5liter cool drinks as there's always only 2liters . Parking some times is a issue. But definitely worth the effort.(try the reduced cake or caramel cake)
Absolutely pathetic service at longbury. Those ladies who were serving the cakes at the counter are so rude & disrespectful. Didn't even serve us as we were in line, they served people behind us. Atleast hire some friendly well mannered staff, pity I didn't get the name of that lady with absolutely no manners. Won't be using longbury site.
