I parked my car, in at 7am, for the early bird timing, left the garage at 2:30am and paid $15 easily.
It was automated, there is no person there to attend or help for any issues, there is one way in/one way out.
When exiting, if you're leaving on the weekend, it might be very populated, and difficult to exit the garage depending on the time of day itself.
But otherwise, I had no issues parking there. My friend parked overnight, and left in the morning so he paid the early morning rate twice essentially.
Might consider using this garage again because it was open at 7am.

TERRIBLE lot for parking. Came back 3 hours before it was set to close and the door was "broken"/closed. The attendant was inside by the way. About 30 of us sat outside in the cold weather calling the number on the wall of the garage entrance, non-emergency police (who in turn sent us the fire department and they thankfully did something), the parking garage company, the building. When we were finally let inside an hour later (again thanks FD), we were forced to pay the accumulated amount anyway. Employees (most not all) were unapologetic and rude, not offering any refunds, information, ideas back. Don't park here, they might steal your car.
