Had a lovely experience with a lady who's name escapes me but she was working in the morning of 9/27/24 and on the Tuesday morning previous. Helped me and my coworker get in thru the gate when the code wasn't working and remembered me upon return as well. Give her her flowers and a raise
Brittney was so helpful in accommodating my request for a specific storage unit, giving a tour, and explaining how I can best work with ExtraStorage! Their facilities and units are clean and well kept. I would highly recommend!

Brittany was great. She was helping 4-5 different customers at one time "w/o help". Her attitude was awesome and she was very helpful and made everything easy. I was in and out.
The store manager Brittni was so informative and had a great sense of humor! I felt so bad having her In the heat while I was deciding which unit was best for my mother’s belongings. Thank you Brittni!! Stay sweet and keep smiling
I’ve used this storage place on several occasions with my items and it’s been a very positive, clean, and professional environment. Brittani has been very professional and helpful whenever, I stop by and call. There’s also, a gentlemen there who has provided great customer service too.. I would highly recommend if you need a storage unit.
