Junoir always takes good care of my needs. Tire caught a tooth. Had me back on the road in no time
I thought it was cluttered and hard to pull trailer in or out unless you are located at very front of the storage area. Plus the first building storage renter is so very rude all he has to do was pull forward and he just flicked us off and stared for 10 minutes totally thought he was sleeping but he twitched and moved his hand but does he own the place or maybe he thinks he does. I requested my money back this was to creepy. BEWARE of a WHITE EXPEDITION 2019 MODEL he OWNS EVERYTHING! BAD BIZ!!!!
The facility lacked security and was wide open to burglary options.

I lost my key to my storage room and they denied ....That I had ever been there and a Week later they had a sale and I found ally stuff....Wowwwww👎👎👎👎
This storage facility is private. The manager is great. They keep it clean. No worries.
They do not notify you when there have been changes to your storage and when you try to get in touch with them they do not answer the phone they have my stuff locked up may be in order to sale but I cannot get through to them to see how much I owe to pay because there communication is terrible non the less the front desk clerk is like 75 and has a hard time remembering anything very disappointed I'm moving my stuff out as soon as I can and I will not be doing business with them again !
Place is quiet and nobody cares what you do. But customer service is terrible and the front desk girl is always on her phone and she assures you she will do something and she never does. I moved all my stuff out in April and it's June and they have still been taking money out of my account.
