Lush Cosmetics Guildford

Really lovely experience in Lush today. Was shopping by myself and popped in for a browse and was greeted by every single member of staff - Karl, Lisa, Ava and Rosie. Had a particularly lovely conversation with Lisa, it was like chatting to an old friend. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they enjoy working there. So I left feeling uplifted and with lots of ideas of things to treat myself to next! :)

Went to the store to get some birthday gifts for our 9 year old and was approached by meadow straight away who made the experience personable with jokes and quick one liners that made us laugh, helped us around the store. At the checkout Karl served us and offered extra products and wrapping and a sample. All in all really lovely experience as always

We visited Lush in Guildford today & were greeted by some very friendly and approachable staff. They were there for any questions we had & offered assistance as soon as we walked in but also gave us time & space to look around the shop which I loved. They were easy to chat to, interested in what we had to say, very knowledgeable on all the products & took good care of the items we were purchasing. We were helped & served by Lesley, Ro & Lisa. They all made this a really nice visit & a positive experience to my birthday trip out😁

My daughter went to a birthday party today led by Karl and Lesley. She had an amazing time. She asked if she could have a party there for her next birthday and said it was better than she could have ever imagined. She came back smelling lovely. Thank you!

Today LUSH came out and supported our MOJ prison service by attending a staff well being day. This really shows how in touch with their community they are. We had the amazing Lesley and Becky take their time with us, showing us amazing products and provided hand massages. I used “sleepy” and found it amazing. Will definitely be purchasing. There was no sale attempts, their honesty and care was enough to intrigue staff further into visiting the store and making purchases.

The customer service today with Leslie and Rhiannon was simply gorgeous. We went in to buy my annual birthday snow fairy spray and we talked about all our favourite past lush products. Lesley was so kind and friendly and it was so lovely to hear someone so positive about their job and the company.
Rhiannon had an excellent sense of smell and was picking out individual notes in things that matched our faves.

Lovely meeting Teo & Becky in store today. They were really fun to chat to and had lots of great suggestions. It's always great visiting the Guildford store as the team are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Can't wait for the Christmas items to be released! ❄️🧚‍♀️🎄😊

My 10 year old daughter and i had a lovely experience at the Guildford store. She was there to spend a birthday gift voucher and couldn't decide which products to buy as she didn’t have enough for all 3 that she wanted. Lesley was very kindly on hand to offer friendly advice which helped my daughter to decide. A big surprise came when paying at the till as Lesley gave her the bath bomb she had wanted for free. A lovey gesture that made her day more special. Thank you Lesley!
