Love the body shop. I’ve always used the tee tree toner. Staff are really friendly in here and always happy to help.

Came in asking for gift ideas. Great customer service. Would definitely return and recommend.

Wondered in here today with my friend just to have a look... We ended up being served by Victoria who had amazing customer service and recommended us lots of options for our skincare routine. She even let us know of the spend £30 and get a free face wash deal which we ended up doing. Great experience :)

I have been wearing White Musk for years and I always loved it, bought it always With deoderant, body cream
Body spray all of it.
Now the new musk is nothing like the old one, I used to get compliments when I wear it.. this new one no one likes it, it is nothing like the old one,
Why change something that always has been popular and everyone liked fir this new one ? I don’t understand
Please bring back the old one please.

It was great, a staff member (diddnt get a name) helped me and reccomended Vitamin C face mask, very helpful staff, PLUS got £5 on my loyalty card

I was in Guildford on Tuesday 7th September 2021 and realised I had forgotten my face mask which I needed at my hairdresser. I dropped into your store in the High street to see if you sold face masks but to no avail, but at the same time purchased a pot of Vitamin E moisture cream. I reminisced about how I went regularly to the very first Brighton store and have visited the BS tour in Littlehampton. The young lady who served me was very sweet and offered me one of their own supply of masks. There was no need to do this but was really, really appreciated. What great service 👍. I will be back - for BS products not face masks 😅. Cheerio, Tessa

Rowan delivered excellent customer service when I visited the store today. I had multiple questions regarding the branches skincare range and he answered each with great detail, even providing a list of the products best suited for my needs.

For a company that speaks so highly of being ethical, they has shown no consideration towards us in our request to leave our contract, instead they shyed away and told the estate agents for us not to contact them again and rejected our offer. Im highly disappointed that a company like this would be so inconsiderate to 3 students who want to leave due to the way they are being treated by the estate agents and the company themselves. Body shop takes months to respond to us about everything regarding the property and will not let us leave.
