I bought their loaded fries from their Westland branch and even bought extra cheese but I was very underwhelmed. There was little to no cheese.
Starbite is a nice place to be. You'll be served with nice food, drinks, pastries, and what have you. You just have to be patient with them for FOOD when you're really hungry. However, It's good to place an order before arrival
I had a lot of issues with starbites westland , first issue was having there own supervisor being rude to me , secondly i ordered one time from bolt food and i gave specific instructions that i want my food with no spices cause i have allergies and got them with spices . They apologizsed and i said its fine . I purposely called the call center the next time to assure i don’t receive the wrong order . The lady i spoke with assured to me that i will not get the wrong order but surprise surprise i get the wrong order. When i call to tell them the issue the call center tells me we will let the manager call you . No one called . This is the last time i will order from this place . You don’t know how to treat people , 0 customer service . The call center people are good but they didn’t solve my problem.
Food tastes good, ambiance on point just that the food delays small
Worked here today. Atmosphere is very serene. The food is good the pineapple juice is quite good. Tried the 3 course meal promo. The fries were crunchy but didn't have enough salt. The chicken was good but the Apple crumble pie wasn't as good.
Either way it's a good place for lunch or work. The staff are also very nice. 9 /10 experience.

Moreover, the customer service provided was truly exceptional, adding to the overall experience.
Lovely atmosphere, aesthetics is great. I loved the drink I ordered - pretty lady. It was muahhhhh.... I also ordered the Director's meal and that was good too. Raphael was our waiter, and he did a good job full of smiles.
