Beautiful building. A little bit difficult to get in during the construction in the area right now, but still plenty of parking in the indoor parking garage

Very well located tower, great overall experience, from entering the building through 🅿️ lot or street, the staff from every department is always friendly, and the facility is always in great shape!!

Very unprofessional staff who check you in they r Texting talking to each other more than helping the Customer to lead them to Clients..
Someone needs to Train them I understand COVID 19 issues however we still need to offer service..

This is a very nice commercial office tower in Miami, Florida. It has a great location on front of Bayfront Park and is in the downtown area of Miami. The views are Amazing from these offices and the lobby is great. It has top notch tenants and great maintenance.

Wow I was a concrete inspector for Michigan Testing Engineers, Checking concrete being poured for the tower floors. I was going to FIU, brand new school. Minimum wage job that could stop the work if concrete didn’t meet slump standards. I loved the job so much power!

Awesome building with Trane A/C and BAS controls. Top floors have beautiful views of Biscayne bay and Port of Miami.
