Clean, quiet, perfect location!

Don’t waste your time looking for rent here , the pool is super dirty and they dont even clean it , horrible neighbors and horrible treat for the person staring from the security and ending in the manager, you have to ask for permission to go to the gym and the pool area , very bad treatment for all the workers, the owner of the apartments dont fix nothing , to get the payments they get it really fast but they dont fix nothing , to be honest i dont recommend to live here , the carpet is dirty and smells bad

Clean , well maintained, nice neighbors but extreme bureaucracy from the management company. I have been with no AC for over a week, and even if the insurance liability was sent in time by the AC company, they were denied access to the roof because there is no one from maintenance available after 3 pm. When asked why they did not say that beforehand , the answer from the manager was " you did not ask " . They also do not consider AC issues an emergency despite being in south Florida.

Fancy and beautiful in the heart of city of MIAMI (Flagami. Gym with sauna, pool, business room,security 24/7. Nice environment and atmosphere. Low crime rates around. 5 minutes to the airport

Nice and clean lobby attended by front desk security. Plenty of parking and spacious units

Don't even waste your time looking to live here. Staff and security are extremely unprofessional. You need permission to use the gym and pool and when you try to get your ID back from using the amenities they pretend like they don't know where it is. Property manager will only answer you if they need to collect money from you, otherwise they will screen your calls and emails. The only security guard that was pleasant to deal with was Juan Carlos.
