Excellent workout with variety from week to week. My husband & I are in our late 50's early 60's. Keeps us active & fit. Other people are also fun, we have a good laugh with our workout. Teresa.

I can highly recommend Crosstrain Double Bay I have been training for as long as Anthony has been running the gym.No two sessions are the same .Anthony has the knack of having work to your appropriate level.

I have been going to Crosstrain Double Bay for nearly 10 years and I do not believe I have done the same workout twice. Anthony customises our sessions to suit my needs and pushes me each and every week.

Crosstrain Double Bay is a sensation. Ant is inspiring, supportive, non judgemental and knowledgeable about your body & your (achieveable) goals. In the centre of Double Bay, Crosstrain is in a perfect location for an early morning workout. Definitely recommended. Marion

Anthony from Crosstrain Double Bay has been training me for over 3 years. Through his training he has integrated fitness into my lifestyle. He is an excellent coach who goes to lengths to understand his clients needs and conditions and designs fitness program based on them. He pushes me just a tad beyond my comfort zone each time to keep me motivated. His group sessions are not too big so he can give individual attention to his clients. He is very friendly and brings a social atmosphere in his classes so it is always fitness with fun.

Anthony is a skilled enthusiastic and patient trainer... he’s able to assess everyone in the class and push you to your individual limits without letting you injure ourselves. Classes are challenging but fun. If you want to sweat, smile and improve your fitness Crosstrain Double Bay is great!
