Finally, a personal trainer who understands the needs of menopausal women! Cathy is an excellent trainer - knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. She understands the challenges older women face and works to develop individualised strength training programs that work. I highly recommend Cathy and Lift Inner West to 40+ women looking to challenge themselves through strength training.

I'm not someone who likes a "big gym environment" so it was a lovely surprise when I first stepped into Lift Inner West. The 1:1 training and intimate work out space is perfect for me. Any my trainer, Cathy, is absolutely awesome. Go and check it out.

I have been training with the team at Lift for over a year and cannot recommend them highly enough. Seeking some guidance in my recovery from an injury, Brianna, Nigel and Kris have been fantastic in addressing my training goals and keeping me challenged safely. It has been so worth the investment. The equipment is new and the space itself is stylish and always neat, with convenient parking right outside. I have found them to be extremely client focused, friendly and professional, and am very happy with my results.

Cathy has really helped me with working towards my health and fitness goals. Cathy really understands what I am looking to achieve and has created a training plan that is delivering on the results I am looking for. I'm really happy with the progress and I can't recommend Cathy highly enough!

Kris and the team are, simply, awesome at what they do. Great facilities, knowledgeable trainers (who will tailor to your needs) and a friendly and welcoming vibe for all. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Highly recommend. Kris is an experienced and supportive trainer, really responsive to your priorities and feedback with a motivating growth mindset. He’s set up a great system for tracking your sessions and progress that takes out all the guess work for you, while not assuming everyone has the same goals. The space is perfect for those who dislike the overcrowded bustle or mindless grind workout culture of big box gyms - it’s small, semi-private, well equipped and all the trainers and other clients make for a really friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Ten out of ten, would LIFT again.

As a senior citizen, the training at LIFT from Cathy, my personal trainer, has been aged appropriate and encouraging. The intensity of exercises are gradually increased at a pace I can cope with. There is a wholesome approach to maintaining total body fitness.
The staff are friendly, professional and easy to communicate with.

Amazing fitness experience for children. Children at Guardian absolutely love Kris and Tim. All sessions are designed to be fun and engaging for children, incorporating playful activities that keep their attention while also promoting physical fitness. This experience with Kris and Tim has been a fantastic addition to our preschool room routine. I highly recommend families, early childhood services and all the individual who passion for fitness, to explore Lift Inner West and services they provide.
