I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience we had at my daughter’s wedding. As you know, we booked the hall with a reputed group of companies involved in making the event a success, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant.
From the very beginning, and continuing until the last moment, we were subjected to unprofessional, unethical, and often rude behavior by Ms. Marwa. Her conduct throughout the process was far below any reasonable standard of service, and it created unnecessary stress and frustration on what was supposed to be a joyful and memorable day. Instead, her behaviour cast a shadow over the entire event, turning it into a terrible experience for both our family and our guests.
We were promised a buffet service that included refills, yet this commitment was not honored. Many of our guests were left disappointed when the food ran out, and no efforts were made to replenish it. This not only affected the dining experience but also reflected poorly on our planning.
Furthermore, the quality and the menu of the food served were not at all what we had tasted and agreed upon during the initial sampling. This was a major letdown for both our family and guests, who were looking forward to a memorable dining experience.
We had trusted your venue to provide a high level of service, but the actions of Ms. Marwa made it clear that our trust was misplaced.
I sincerely hope you take this feedback to heart and address these issues so that future clients do not have to face such an upsetting experience. It is unfortunate that we are left with these negative memories of what should have been a perfect day.

Clean, tidy and suitable for social gatherings. Parking available and can take a big number of cars
Lovely place, easy access from all around nice location for weeding parties. Parking somehow Congested. Overall highly recommended.
A good place for major events and wedding. They renovated their halls yet food is a major issue and they need to step it up
The best place for promotions/sale of brands. However, always poorly organized and managed. No crowd control. They should control the number of people only allowed inside. Only Allowed the number of people going in after counting the people going out. The reality is, after going shopping inside, people just dropped what they shopped and go out and go home empty handed because of long que at the counter.

Good and elegant Hall for small functions and entertainments. Wide parking lot availability is the convenient thing.
