Great staff, especially Sil. I ordered the Black and White shake and chicken bites and the shake lived up to the restaurant's "Shake Shack" name. I saw the staff celebrating the birthday of another guest, at the request of two little girls who wanted to surprise their mum. It was very sweet and reflects the quality of service here.

Thank you to Jam for making our first experience of Shake Shack a seamless one! He told us about the classic orders (we got the double shack burger) and also came over to offer us a free refill! So cool that Shake Shack offer free refills! Delicious food and top service 10/10

It was our first time to eat in Shake Shack restaurant Villagio Mall.

The moment when we get to entrance, the staff were approached us to guide on order machine and welcoming us. She explained the menu very well, also promote to download the apps so we can collect the points everytime we eat in the future. The order machine is quite entertain, menu's photos looks appetite, easy to use as well.

We order 5 items and comes within 10 mins. All kitchen staff were look friendly and very approachable. Our table were found clean also.

While we enjoy the food, the staff came to gave us complimentary 2 scoop vanilla ice cream along with wet refreshing tissues. It was beyond our expectation

Delicious burgers and excellent service from the personnel, particularly from Jamaica who gave us the greatest ordering alternatives. We also appreciate Cristina and Rem's efforts to help us prior to, during, and after our meal.
