Lardo

TRY THE PORSCHETTA! Lardo has great, hot sandwiches. I kept it classic and went with an Italian sandwich. The porschetta had flavorful, mouthwatering meat. I think it could've been a tad juicier but I was still very satisfied. The sandwich bread is made by a local, in-house Las Vegas bakery! I also highly recommend the Parmesan fries, they were some of the best I've ever tried!

I really dig the vibe of Lardo's, it's got an urban, bustling feel like you were walking in the middle of an East Coast city mixed with a Hong Kong feel? It's unique and fun! I also like that you get to watch your food being made. I sat at the stools and had a great time seeing the magic happen right before my eyes.

The lady at the register has the BEST customer service and was very welcoming. I will definitely return for another bite!

Best damn sandwich, all due to the light and crispy bread. Pork thinly sliced and thick, crispy bacon with tons is arugula. Perfection! Busy place, loud and you walk away smelling like a grill.

For a food court setting, lardos was nice. Food was pretty quick to come out. Prices were a bit high but considering it’s inside the Cosmo it’s expected. Ordered the dirty fries and the Porchetta sandwich. Probably could have done without the fries but overall it served its purpose.

Been wanting to come here for some time as we'd walked past it many times and the menu always looked good. I'll say I wish we came here sooner. My wife and I shared a korean pork shoulder sandwich and an order of dirty fries. The sandwich was amazing, with the pork being super tasty and the kimchi and other vegetables adding a lot of tang and freshness. We really liked the dirty fries, as they had pork bits, like bacon and other scraps, and a bunch of parm and peppronchinis on it. The bread was really the cherry on top. Like a long ciabatta. We'll definitely come back and try more items.

Best place to get burgers and fries in Cosmopolitan. All the sandwiches and burgers are amazingly good!! One of my first stops when coming here. So delicious always get some to go!!

The bread was perfectly toasted, adding a satisfying crunch that complemented the juicy and tender fillings. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste that left me craving more.

Overall, Lardo Hot Sandwiches exceeded my expectations. The Bronx Bomber is a standout, and I can’t wait to return to try more of their menu offerings. If you find yourself at The Cosmopolitan and are in the mood for an amazing sandwich, Lardo is definitely the place to go!

Originally tried to go to Eggslut, but didn't want to wait until my next birthday, so we walked towards Lardo to see if we could grab a pork belly breakfast sandwich as it sounded amazing. We happened to run into Comedian Joe Gatto formerly of the Impractical Jokers right before we got in line, so that was awesome! Got in line, staff was helpful and polite and ordered the food. The sandwich was rich, salty and gooey from the runny eggs. It was very well balanced, although a little salty and tangy. We just wanted a quick and tasty breakfast sandwich and that's exactly what we got. Can't wait to try out their non-breakfast offerings!
