I've had several dealings with The Village Building Dept. I have always found them to be helpful. The Building Inspector has been a gentleman and had me correct a couple of issues on one of my home renovations.

Beyond pathetic, avoid at all costs!
Lots of corruption going on here, along with the crooked Mayor Mary Adam’s, who belongs in jail.
Takes shortcuts. Will cost you thousands of dollars in the future.

Corrupt incompetent and a danger to everyone sign off of unsafe buildings resulting in someone losing over 300 thousand and the village take absolutely zero accountability for the actions of their inspectors and even defend them do not buy anything built in this hell hole
