A fantastic hiking spot with beautiful trails! There are a few loop tracks to choose from, with the longest being around 6 KM. It's dog-friendly, so perfect for bringing your furry friends along. Some sections feel like you're climbing a mountain and can be a bit challenging, but still doable for most, including kids. Black bear sightings are common, so be mindful of that. There’s plenty of parking, but if it’s full (especially on weekends), parking along the roadside is easy and convenient. Overall, a great outdoor experience for hikers of all levels!

Beautiful hike! Dog friendly and clean. Pretty hard at some parts not sure why it’s marked easy on Vancouver Trails. Worth checking out!

Good for hiking. Trails Easy to medium difficulty. Hiking up to High Knoll was steep but worth it for breathtaking views from top. Only pit washrooms available near parking. Kids enjoyed it too. Not recommended for strollers and wheelchairs due uneven terrain.

Depending on which trail you take it’s either super easy or extremely steep! Lots of nature either way though!

I took the steep trail up and it was a workout! Lots of rocks to climb over. If I were to go again I would wear clothes I don’t mind getting dirty. After I went my shoes and clothes were covered in a layer of dirt and dust.

Also watch out for frogs on the trail! I went in mid July and there were a lot of mini frogs hopping on the trail. Almost stepped on some a couple of times 😳

Great place to hike. Have multiple hiking trails. The trail to high knoll is bit steep in the last 500 meters. It may be bit slippery during rainy days.

Fairly easy hike both to Upper and Lower Knoll. Entered via Quarry Road, parking wasn't an issue. Started at noon and finished around 3, spending a lot of time at both knolls. View was great, trail was muddy at some spots but still doable.

Has a few loop tracks to choose from. The two Knolls are both great view points and the whole area is absolutely gorgeous. A few of the trails do require some mild climbing but is doable by most. Have seen black bears here pretty regularly but they respect you if you respect them and give them their space. This is one of my favorite areas to walk currently and highly recommend it. If you like a good hike do the high knoll. The view is worth the hike.

We went on Minnekhada trail with four kids 7 and under. Two older boys liked the changing path, enjoyed climbing on the rocks and logs, and loved throwing stones into the lake. The trail was OK for our 2.5 year old at first, but further on, the it became too challenging for him, so I would recommend having a carrier for such little ones.
All the adults enjoyed the trail. It is beautiful. The views of the lakes and the forest are fascinating! We didn't want to leave the park and will definitely be coming back many times.
